Checking in to the emergency room with a back injury that left me without the ability to use my legs, Mercy St Vincent Medical center REFUSED to Xray, REFUSED to MRI, and without any attempt at determining the severity of the injury, left me with a prescription for oxycodon and cyclobenzaprine, stating that despite the dangerous effects of the medication, said I could go back to work the following day.

I'm sorry... approving work and oxycodon/cyclobenzaprine without even looking at the injury?
You call this "medical care"?
Don't bother sending a bill, St Vincent... YOU DID NOTHING and should have your doors locked for your epic lack of medical care and professionalism.
