The price in the email I got for my appointment did not match the price I paid. I had my first facial in my life here. I did not know that extractions were so painful. I figured that during a facial they would explain every step of the process/tell you what products they are using. She only told me that she was going to do the extraction and that it would be painful, explained the tool she was using to boost collagen and then that she was applying a mask. I could not relax until the mask was on at the end. The mask was the best part! It was very cooling/soothing and smelled amazing. I was so anxious for the rest of the facial because I am super jumpy and didn't know what was going on. My skin felt very nice after and I did leave a 20% tip but I do not think I would go here again. I just did not feel very comfortable overall/did not know what to expect.
