EVERYBODY BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Sajid may seem good and honest but deep down he isn't. I was a landlord with Prestige and the service they offered was APPALING. Sajid found me a tenant said this tenant was a really good tenant but unfortunately it didn't turn out to be. Sajid knew what was going on and the team, trying to get in contact with Saj was extremely difficult as he kept on saying he was never in the office (just avoiding me). When I wanted to terminate the contract Saj would avoid the situation and wouldn't let me with the BS he came out with. I went and collected my keys but prestige failed to return my sets of keys. After months of difficulties I finally have my property back. WORST AGENT IN ROCHDALE!!!!!!!

P.S. Use a company that has experience in the field. As prestige hasn't been around long enough as the team are clueless and don't have a clue what's going on. This isn't just happening with me it's happening with a lot of their landlords.
