The hotel is lovely. Room are lovely and clean. Staff for breakfast were very friendly. You are right in the hart of kilkenny. Which is great as you are 2 minutes away from most pubs restaurant and even the kilkenny castle. Only problem I had was the bar in the hotel. Went for food at 8.00 didnt get my food till 9.00. Even tho we just order a main. And the bar was empty. And my food was horrible. As it was like eating a bag of salt. They apologize for the food. And waiter said you arent the first to complain. They gave our 2 drinks for free. Even tho it didnt cover the price of my dinner. Which was a let down. If your looking for good food try the town. As its alot cheaper and the food is fantastic in the town.
