I have had 2 repairs done at Quick mobile fix, the first was a power button issue, I had diagnosed this myself and was disgusted by my local repair shops policy of charging you for diagnosis whether you needed that or not, this is what led med to QMF so I sent it off to them on the thursday and they sent it back to me on the tuesday arrived on wednesday power button was working fine but the antenna was not picking up a signal now. I contacted QMF and they suggested returning it to them to be re-repaired and they done this very quickly and no problems at all, I was happy with the repair and the phone worked great.

My second repair with QMF was actually for my cousins phone and I recommended QMF to him, it was a broken screen and we again sent it off on the thursday and using their very handy and easy to use order tracker I monitored the repair, it had been assigned to technician on the saturday and by the tuesday I was expecting it to be sent back. However on the tuesday I got a message saying that I had been refunded as the system had flagged my internet connection as high risk and I would have to rebook a repair and pay again.
I was of course angry that they had waited so long to let me know there was a problem with the payment (which there should not have been), we spoke to the people on the phone and a guy called Luke managed to sort the problem and understood why we were angry, we had to wait another 3 days for the repair to come back, however the repair was well done and the screen and the phone work perfectly.

I would recommend QMF and I will probably use them again, however the administration issue should have been fixed on the thursday/friday to save the hassle.

Oh yeah I nearly forgot, my brother bought a second hand refurbished Galaxy S5 from them and has had no problems at all with it.
