Despite all the bad press recently, I have to say I did not find a problem with buying a refurbished iPhone. I had to contact them to ask a question but I had a reply that very day via email and the delivery of the phone went smoothly and before the 10 days was up. It was delivered by APC, well packaged and no damage . My daughter was pleased with the phone and its condition and although it's early days, all is still working OK.
