We were just there for a premier of Up. There was a 20 minute intermission so my family and I went to the food lab to get a warm drink and get sweaters because it was extremely cold in the theater. Upon re-entering, we were checked again and but were told there is "no re-entry". Even after explaining our situation the guy told us "they told you at the door there is No re-entry" we let him know that there was NO one at the doors and they should have some there to let people know. We weren't the only people who walked out.....he was rude and repeated the same thing. We left, upset....I work in downtown and have been looking forward to visiting the Fox theater but now don't think we will return.
