Chris Promades was a great guy, very prompt with feedback and very accommodating. I was a little frustrated with the booking process because it was backed up but Chris was entirely transparent about repairs and the repairs process, which was utterly fantastic.

I just really appreciated him taking his time to explain what was needed, thank you Chris!
