Joe Gustafson was excellent to work with .... made the selection of our Camry an easy adventure. He did a great job familiarizing us with the options ,etc. Can't say I was overly thrilled with the financial consultant [no financing involved]....took 2 hours to get into his office - even though we called ahead for an appointment. Hoping to expedite the process, we immediately informed him that we did not desire to purchase any of the 'extras' he would offer. He said he was 'required' to share them with us....then seemed miffed when we turned them all down. 5 stars for the salesman, 2 stars for everything else.
