They told us one hour and we waited an hour and a half before finally asking what was going on. They told us they haven t looked at it so we decided to say forget it we ll come back another time. They have someone check on the car and then come back and tell us that someone started looking at it and they have to finish checking before we can leave. We ask for a time estimate and they can t give us one. We ended up here for 2 and a half hours and a nearly $200 bill for them to diagnose the car. Absolute bologna. They trapped us here even when we asked to leave.
