Don't be fooled by the photoshopped pictures or the grand chandeliers and spacious rooms with patios. The quality of the rooms is outdated, accompanied by mildewy smell. Rooms are nothing like in the photos. They have advertised a nice room with a patio on Bookings, I called to confirm and they confirmed it on the phone. When we arrived that was NOT the case - a tiny smelly room, no patio. We left immediately. It was a nightmare, being left without options at midnight, after a long flight. They charged us almost $2000 for 6 nights anyway. They have not returned the money. One word to describe the experience: a nightmare! They have marked us as "no show" on bookings, so I can't even leave a review to warn others. Lastly, the worst customer service: incompetent and unprofessional.
