I have stayed in many hotels throughout New York and by far this is my favorite place to stay when visiting the city. I recently brought my nephew for his first visit to New York. The staff made him feel very special about his first trip.

The Central Park view room I reserved was spacious and larger than the standard rooms. The location of the hotel is fantastic and very easy to get to many key areas of the city.

The hotel emailed me prior to my arrival to notify me of the Women s March taking place and the alternative routes to the hotel. That came in handy when planning our arrival.

The room service staff was very helpful and attentive to my nephew s food allergy (peanut and egg) The woman taking our order ran everything by the chef who let me know his food would be made in separate cookware. I appreciated the attention to detail and additional steps taken to make sure his food was prepared with very low risk of cross contamination.

The service, attention to detail and comfort of the rooms is why I continue to stay at this location.
