Visited here from Florida. We had intentions of snow tubing, snow mobiling, taking the express train to make smores. We drove all the way from Florida and weren't able to do any of it. The only thing we were able to do was swim in the indoor heated pool, to which on the last day of our stay it was no longer heated. We asked if my son could do a guided horse tour since nothing else was available and they told us we couldn't do that either, and gave us no explanation as to why. We spent a lot of money on a (in renovation) resort. Very disappointing. Will not be back.
