Check around with other In Network Providers before choosing Vandy. Too big of a bureaucracy to get anything resolved. Too many 'Chefs in the Kitchen' when trying to coordinate care, much less problem resolution. Consistently overbill, overcharge. I'm familiar with the industry and based on Care and Poor Service after the fact we will not be going back, ever. They all have all the right answers and documented protocols, but you will consistently hear "go to another department, we don't have authority, etc." Poor accountability, terrible customer relations, but there is a department for that. If you've read this review, keep your options open.
