Car buying experience was fantastic. However, there is a problem with the ignition. Car starts itself and wouldn't turn off. Took it to them less than 12 hours after I bought it with this complaint. It went into the shop on a Monday and here it is Saturday with no answers. You can't get a strait answer from anyone about what is happening, no one updates you on the status of the vehicle repair, they haven't bothered to even pull the ignition to see if wires are shorting or anything. The service advisor is rude. He yelled at my husband, treated me like a dumb female and when I went in to find out what was going on with my vehicle, started going on about how he had proof that it wasn't a push start. What the man doesn't get, I don't care if it's a push start or a key. I care that my vehicle gets fixed safely and promptly. Which isn't happening. I will never buy a vehicle from here again strictly because of the service department. They're inept, unqualified, uninformed and rude.

Update: Bought my car 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Car is still in the shop, still with no answers. This morning my husband was promised a master tech would work on my car and that my was a priority. As of 6 pm this evening, car hasn't been touched. Now we are being told a master tech will be on it first thing in the morning. We were told parts would be in today, then we get told today that Five Star Ford said that they didn't come in today's parts. Five Star Ford said the parts will be in tomorrow. And I still have no car, no answers. I've been made promise after promise and all we've gotten is lie after lie.
