What a great place with great staff! I stayed here in the pre-pandemic times and it was very good. Now to see how they have adapted to these new times is truly excellent.
I had some minor personal issues that nobody the whole in town could help me with, except the fine folks of the Biltmore! Gilbert was exceptionally helpful in assisting with my temporary disability, and also a wonderfully nice and kind person.
I can see and understand why they are short-staffed but are handling it exceptionally well. As good as the building history and architecture is, it is the staff that make it easily 5 stars
