This is in response to the previous comment. The American Red Cross follows the same Emergency Cardiac Conference guidelines as the AHA. For the record, I teach BLS classes for both and the ARC is a superior product. All neutral or unaffiliated organizations - including all Government Regulatory Agencies - accept both as equivalent, but there is nothing that requires the AHA itself to accept ARC. You are mad at the wrong organization. I do think you have a valid concern regarding how you were spoken to on the phone though.
