I went to this store the day after Christmas so my mother could see my dress since I live out west, having pruchased debutante dress here years ago. When I arrived everyone was nice enough, but upon discovering that I would not purchase my dress there my experience was awful. No one helped me carry my dress to the front of the store so my grandmother could view it. And my bridal consultant was disinterested and rude the entire appointment. This was very disappointing since my family does live in locally and would have loved to purchase other dresses from them, but since our experience was so lacking in attention, hospitality, and customer service we will be purchasing elsewhere.
