From the moment I walked into the door everyone was very friendly and helped to put me at ease. I was a bit nervous but everything went so well each step of the way. Thanks to all the caring staff at Northwest for taking care of me today. Special shout out to Hanna for guiding me thru the whole thing. Turns out it wasn't so scary after all thanks to all of you!
