Great hotel and lovely room. I was in the North Tower 18th floor facing WSW. on SHN

Cons
1. Room looked like it had been used for parties
2. Awkward placement of controls for motorized curtain system
3. Somewhat inflexible lighting system around desk and wardrobe area
4. Unnecessary zip tap
5. Often times room dining service don't pick up
6. Not the best designed bathroom

Pros
1. Fantastic food quality and great flexibility on options
2. Great sized room
3. Regular welfare calls
4. Amazing view and great entertainment from Savitar tennis school
5. Accommodating staff
6. Nespresso machines in the room
7. Balcony!
8. Well appointed room
9. Polite room service staff
