After getting completely burned on my last used car purchase by a shady fly by night operation I was hesitant to buy another used car. A new car just isn t in the budget however.
That said after my research I knew what I wanted and found a few local options. Marshall motors is within walking distance of my house and had 3 nice pilots on the lot, all priced right.
There was zero pressure to buy and Alan let me take as much time as I needed to look over the car and take it for a drive etc. he was upfront and honest when we discovered a problem with it during our on site inspection and immediately offered to fix it before I took it home. We negotiated the repair into the price instead as I was hoping to take it that day. Another unknown issue popped up later and again he immediately rectified it, all I need to do is drop it off to be fixed. He gave me more than he needed to for my worthless broken down VW and walked me through everything I would need to know. He took care of all the paperwork and all I needed to to was go pick up my new registration and take it over for a sticker. (All taken care of just drive in and drive out) This was by far one of the easiest car purchases I ve ever made. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car. I love my new to me pilot and although I plan to drive it for many years to come I d buy another car here in a heartbeat.
