As soon as I called to make an appointment get warranty work done, I immediately knew this service department was different! It was handled like a DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT FOR MY CAR. I received an e-mail confirmation; I was assigned a contact/team,; and they called to remind me of my appointment the day before. DePaula's service department did not waste my time, and that makes me happy because I don't have time to waste.
