Gibraltar pool is a good quality pool but the customer service is not ideal. During several snowstorms we had damage to the pool. We have been trying since March to have the pool fixed unfortunately we are still waiting. We call the company leave messages with a promise of call backs. This happens only after we after to call several more times. The latest promise was made 2 weeks ago we are putting the items in a truck so we can come and repair your pool . We are still waiting for a call, an email or something to state when they are coming. We have a short pool season , expecting not to be in the pool this year.
Why the pool is good quality. It is 14 years old and if the storms were not damaging I am sure it would have last many more. Now if only there customer service was as good as their product.
