I would rate the service staff with five stars and the hotel accommodations at three stars. We had room 101 which was very clean but had very noisy floor boards, a very noisy bed, and an air conditioner which could not adequately cool the room. The remote for the air conditioner (which is necessary to use) had very inadequate instructions. The grounds were poorly kept as was the game room. The breakfast buffet was very good with the food being kept warm and well stocked. Excellent coffee at breakfast. The restaurant was very good but a little pricey for the quality.
