The pictures on the website are at least 10 years old. Worst customer service ever! Rented two rooms and both had ants and spiders everywhere. The bed sheets were stained. If you re looking for a resort stay this is definitely not it! If you want to dirty camp this is the place for you. Called two weeks before to reserve a pontoon boat and was told we didn t need one. Came to Lake Powell to rent a big pontoon boat and have fun on the lake but were discriminated against and told that they had no boats for rental except for their crappy 15 to 20-year-old boats. Rental staff was very rude. Over half of the boats were not even in service?? The other half were very very torn up. The boat dock manager said they have plenty a pontoon boat s for rent. I wouldn t even let my dog on their crappy death trap boats!
