Radiology Department. I just had a RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) procedure at this Hospital. The Doctor was Ryan Nielsen and attending Nurses included Jake and Cristy.

OUTSTANDING!!!

I will not go to any other Interventional Radiologist than Dr. Nielsen. I did have a Lumbar Medial Block with a different doctor about a month ago and the pain was horrendous. Dr. Nielsen KNOWS what he is doing and minimizes pain and makes one comfortable and completely at ease and safe. His bed side manner is greatly appreciated since most experienced doctors don't have to be friendly. The attending Staff were most helpful in explaining everything without sounding condescending. They were all very meticulous with infection control procedures and post procedure discharge, ensuring to walk me out to the waiting car. I know I will be having these procedures again and will most certainly wait to ensure I am on Dr. Nielsen's schedule ONLY and do it at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center... So grateful to have such a wonderful facility so close by.
