We booked a suite with a. Jacuzzi tub and when we arrived after our 5 hour drive and got into the room there was no jacuzzi.
We went down stairs and the receptionist informed us we were accidentally placed in the handicap accessible room, we went back and forth a bit but they got us into the type of room we requested.
The website stated there was a jacuzzi and wet bar (were on our honeymoon so we figured we d take the best we could get) but there was just an old stain of a wine bottle in the empty fridge and the room wasn t the cleanest.
I went down and talked with the receptionist and the manager this time and they had no idea that their website stated there was a wet bar and could not accommodate implementing one, I informed them we would be leaving and what a disappointment the experience had been, the manager was very polite and apologized and offered us a free night at the marina down the road to park and camp at ( we had camping gear so it was perfect) which we took them up on. Very beautiful view and great shower/bathroom down at the marina. Would not recommend the hotel/casino though.
