The 1 star is because the driver at least turned up and got me home.
Estate car was the requested car booked for 11pm 4th May 2019 instead I got a Toyota Auris!
I booked 10 days before gave mobile and email asked to confirmation email was told I would get bit instead had to ring during the week before to get a confirmation of my request.
My request very simple I needed collecting in an estate car or something with a boot space like the Skoda Roomstar or Peaguot Tippee as my wheelchair doesn't concertina, it has fixed footplate and only the back folds to the seat. Also that the car not have low seating as I have trouble getting in and out as causes pain. I even gave the dimensions in the original phone call. Was assured yes large booted car available. When I rang a few days before the booking as hadn't received email the girl was yeah yeah estate type car booked no haven't sent confirmation as no email. When I stated I had given email as well as mobile phone she was ok what is it again. Reiterated that my wheelchair doesn't fold and that driver needed large boots space got yeah yeah it's fine.
Driver turned up when booked bit car totally unsuitable, I had to help tell him it didn't concertina, just about managed to fit it in the boot after alot of trial and error but i wqs made to feel a problem because my wheelchair didnt fold. The car is also so low to the ground i had difficulty getting in with my crutches and driver didn't even offer to help me get out the car or check I actually got to my house ok as I ended up having to lean on my chair as a walker because of the way he parked.
As a disabled person I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
