First time to Las Vegas. Reserved a room in March ...

First time to Las Vegas. Reserved a room in March for July, 28, 2019. Arrived at 5:52 pm the 28, room was not ready. When we was able to check in they added an incidental room fee of $50 a day. We had pulled all money from account so no money was on card. We tried to pay cash but would not accept cash. So we have driven 1800 miles, 27 hours and no room. Don t know what we are going to do. The casino could care less. We are stuck.
Will not come to Vegas ever again.
