This is the place to be! I absolutley love it here, as soon as I walk in the door its welcoming and warm. The staff is incredibly friendly and help me with anything I need. They are always adding classes and adjusting times to fit school hours and summer hours, its awesome that they offer kids classes that coordinated with my the adult class hours. I can do my yoga practice at multiple times of the day in different temperatures offered as well as the work out classes that get me in just the right shape. If I have any questions the instructors are super nice in helping me or showing me modifications that are better for my personal practice.

They are the place in St George to get Lululemon clothes and Free People which are comfy and awesome for class. The first time I came for class I paid $12 which the student day price. They usually Ave specials going on all the time. Love all the classes especially Healthy Fascia and Hot Pilates. Seriously the best studio I ve ever been to.
