Received exceptional service at Richer Sounds once again. Genuinely astonished at the level of after sales service I have received following the purchase of a set of headphones. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and have gone out of their way to sort out some issues with the product that weren't the responsibility of the shop to correct. I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation and its workforce.
