Such a beautiful club but unfortunately the food is sub par at best ,Especially the bistro. As a proud 20 year member I have seen a lot of changes to the club. Recent renovations look sensational but after dining there last night at the bistro once again I was left very disappointed, but this was not the first time either. I ordered the 250g rump steak. I asked for medium & it was more like well done & not to mention it was more like 150g. My wife had the Chicken Mango salad but this was one of the worst I have ever seen, looked like the chef opened one of those pre-packed woolworths salads you buy for $3 & added a bit of left over grilled chicken from the night before & throwing it on the plate with no thought to presentation at all!.. I understand the renovations cost a fortune but scumming out on quality & charging a premium is not the way to recoup the money.. $16 for a salad that is worth no more than $4 is disgusting!, Not to mention expensive. Unfortunately I have seen a decline in service as well as the food..'Very disappointing for such a proud Club!..
