Poor service. Firstly they gave us an appointment a week later, great, made us feel special and that some one was going to give us an customized experience. The salesperson had no clue the product we wanted was physically in the store until we saw it. Then we ordered and paid approx ~900$ worth and we're told we will get it in 2-3 weeks. After 2-3 weeks we had to call the store and we're told it won't be shipped till october i.e. 2 months later. Very bad customer service and zero responsibility for emailing the customer or a courtesy email that your order is delayed.
