We love it here! The staff is great and the room are awesome. We are DVC members so we don't get cleaning everyday. I do wish we at least got towels every other day. Other than that you have to be careful walking around the resort because the walkways get really wet. I actually slipped and feel over a month ago and still have bruises. We also caught a couple of kids that would have slipped.
