I have been a BMW fan for years, having both leased and owned their cars, but my most recent lease was with another luxury brand. After 3 years in that vehicle, I was unhappy with the other brand s service and really turned off by their salespeople so I went back to look at BMW.

Matt Rieger at BMW Springfield, was an excellent salesperson. Not only did he listen to what I was looking for, he helped me find it! While test driving another brand, I had mentioned that I did not like one of the standard features their salesperson s response had been you will get used to it . The BMW has a similar feature but not only did Matt explain how it worked and why it was there, but he showed me how to turn it off!

And when I said I did not want yet another Black or White vehicle, he searched the lot for a more unique color that I really liked! They worked with me on the price and best of all, they took care of the car return so I didn t have to deal with that hassle.

I would HIGHLY recommend checking out BMW of Springfield, especially if you are looking for a positive customer experience, excellent, personalized service and fair, competitive pricing!
