Just tried to call the store twice during opening ...

Just tried to call the store twice during opening hours, selected an option on the menu, it rang a few times then played a message stating the opening times and hung up. If it said "sorry we're busy" I would be happy to hold or call back, but it's rude for them to just hang up like that.
