My husband and I moved from Michigan and were looking to purchase our new home for our large family in the new Arvada neighborhood. We have Joyce Hachen as our realtor and she was AMAZING. She was EXTREMELY through in her research for the right area and home for our family and always came prepared for anything we needed. We decided to build our new home and she was at every meeting with questions that I hadn't even come up with to make sure we were making the best decision possible.
