I went from being a great, happy customer looking forward to returning to buy our next vehicle in January, to an extremely frustrated customer with their errors and response. I had a good experience in purchasing the vehicle but that's where it ended. It's been almost 2 1/2 months and I STILL do not have tags - my new vehicle is parked and not usable. This is because of errors and non-communication within Hendrick City Chevrolet. Unbelievable the lack of attention, nobody answers the phone or returns messages, and once they figured out what was wrong, they still didn't work to correct it in a timely manner. Unbelievable!
