I will save you the trouble, use another company. I signed up for a free consultation at the Big E last fall, should have realized it was basically a scam. They got my money, but I still don't have a pool. Check was cashed and they keep delaying the actual install of the pool. They are extremely difficult to deal with and wish I had bought elsewhere. Trust me on this, you don't want the headaches this organization has caused.
