I found the veterinarians that I interacted with to be professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. However I found the front desk to be cold, impersonal, too busy to deal with you and present an overall negative impression of the organization. They definitely need some training in how to interact professionally as well as compassionately (considering the business they are in) with their all-important clients.
