If you go from Las Vegas this stage is mandatory ... during one of my voyages in the states I had the pleasure to have lunch in this beautiful place. At the counter I ordered a cesar salad (revisitation of the classic salad) and to follow a hamburger of beef with sesame bread accompanied by spicy potatoes with apple cider sauce; what about exceptional. High prices but quality and impeccable service.
