The service department is awful. My last 4 visits something has been wrong when my vehicle was returned to me. This time they left a greasy hand print on the light grey part of my dashboard, left the hood open and I started to drive and heard rattling, and they never topped off the fluids. Also paid for an alignment that was still pulling to the right after it was done. I have a feeling that half the service they claim is being completed is just BS. It s been a constant struggle the last two years with my ToyotaCare. I have been sitting here for 4.5 hrs total now and they offered me a mini detail as compensation for having to come back and all of the to issues and wait time. The service tech even admitted to not checking the fluid levels.
