Went for afternoon tea. $300 burger was way done when i asked for medium. Paris Brest was a sorry piece of puff pastry slabbed with cream on top. Staff was nice when you managed to flag them down. The atmosphere was dusty and ruined by hectic lobby traffic. What happened to the old Peninsula excellence?
