Everything about our experience with James - and Harcourts more generally - was excellent. Firstly our decision to go with James for help to sell our Melbourne CBD apartment paid back in spades. Best decision: we achieved a sale over the top of his estimate range. James knows the heritage / warehouse / Melbourne CBD real estate market inside out, and he absolutely understood where our apartment sat in the market (and our building) relative to others. James is a straight forward person, not pushy or 'salesy'. He is smart and organised and knows how to get his job done. He doesn't stuff around, and does exactly what he says he's going to. Harcourts' technology and back-up (weekly reporting and electronic document management in particular) was fantastic too, as is their photographer. Thanks James for your efforts for us. We highly recommend you to anyone selling in the city.
