I recently moved back to Troy Place and both Sarah & Mona were a pleasure to interact with during the application process. In working closely with Mona, she was very responsive, friendly, and patient. In addition, I had a few repairs that required attention in my unit and the maintenance staff member, Richard was excellent! He was very professional, friendly, and quick. I don't recall interacting with any maintenance staff in the past with the soft skills that Richard has demonstrated. Overall, both the office and maintenance staff have demonstrated high quality customer service!
