I cannot give Greenes enough stars. Everything here redefined expectations. The service was not on - professional and attentive, but not stuffy. The ambiance was beautiful. There's a small waterfall right outside one window, and a beautiful, small garden outside the other window.

And the food. Wow, the food was magnificent. It all started with the bread and butter. 3 different kinds of homemade artisanal bread, served with deliciously creamy butter perched on a stone. The presentation was perfect - creative, elegant, simple. And that was just the bread.

The pork belly with daikon radish and apple was melt in my mouth scrumptious. Little balls of puffed pork crackling provided a delightful and unexpected crunch.

Between my started and main, I was ordered with another surprise: a lychee and lime foam palate cleanser. And mission accomplished. My palate was both cleansed and tickled. What a wonderful way to cut through the fat of my pork belly and prepare me for my seafood entree.

My entree did not disappoint. Super fresh hake and scallops paired with a light cream sauce and smoked sausage. Delicious.

I left with my belly feeling incredible happy and full.
