Clair and Dee's WILL take care of you. I originally posted a negative review and only a few hours later Ron called and graciously invited us to come in and discuss the problem with him. We'd had a billing miscommunication. When we arrived, he rolled out the welcome wagon and did everything possible to gain our business back and then some. I worried beforehand that it would be accusatory or awkward, but the meeting we had was so easy, friendly and courteous. Careful research had been done and explained both to us, and to the others involved. The problem was resolved MORE than fairly. We salute you Ron and the team at Point S. This business truly cares for its customers (even the disgruntled and frustrated ones!) and has easily earned our business and our respect.
