I came in everyday so that I could adopt a dog I had been lovingly passing and talking to, and I came in the day after all his necessary procedures he had to have done. They told me that he probably would not be able to have him cleared for adoption that day and the vets to check on him would be off till 2 days later. So I did the animal search alert for it to notify me exactly when he is cleared. I call hours later to see if he was cleared, they told me yes, and that someone was looking at him right at that moment. But I had recieved no notification and he wasnt listed on the site for adoption even though they say they update it live for when they are ready. So I rush over and complained how if it was first come first serve policy then if I was first for an application and came in everyday. . . why was I not first when I was there this morning when he had been cleared as soon as I was about to leave? If you want a well loved and well prepared place to adopt. Do not expect humane treatment to humans here. They broke my heart, and wasted my time and money as well. Goodbye lollypop, you were wonderful when you cared about every living thing.
