Double charged; not given room I booked only to be...

Double charged; not given room I booked only to be 'told in front of guests, now required to still put $100 CASH deposit down BUT NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE TO MY ROOM'. When in 'wrong room; phoned complaining about room as over looked conv. Ctr I was then "advised I was being upgraded when no I was down graded (11fl - 6fl). No extra benefits due to MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. Room service great Cust. Svc; tried giving cash as adv'd; staff advised NOT ALLOWED to take cash & will call if otherwise. Spoke to reception twice never mentioned sending rm svc staff mem. Up again to not only be embarrassed I was required to pay cash. I thought this was a job policy by room service..? Which is it Rydges!? Discriminated against and yet shown over $10K PLUSSSS in bank account just not cleared at present. 12am - it cleared!
