They re NOT serious about their business and don t respect customers. After almost two hours of negotiating (basically debating) and waiting, I left because we couldn t agree on the price of a car. Just when I was driving away, they called me twice (yes, twice!) to come back and complete the deal with the price I wanted. I went back, they welcomed me again, the sales person was preparing the computer, I took a seat, they brought the paperwork, I was ready to sign, and suddenly another person -who never took part in the initial negotiations and was not a manager because the salesperson never approached him to ask anything- walked up to say Help us out here, we re losing money. Can you give at least $50 more? You re getting a very good car and we re trying to help you. ... Very few things in life are as exacerbating as having a car dealer employee asking customers for help! I walked up and left. There were other few customers (they probably never have many customers anyway) who saw all this. The worst thing is they ll reply to this review with a generic message instead of apologizing directly to me.
